Thank you for joining us for the 2026 Heart of the Valley Gala! Your ticket includes entry to event at the Snoqualmie Casino and Hotel & post-gala dance party, appetizers, dinner, and one free drink ticket redeemable for wine, beer, well drink, or soda.

This year's Heart of the Valley Gala will bring us together at 5:00pm for the pre-gala reception!

We will start the evening enjoying a no-host bar with complimentary appetizers including Loaded Potato Bites, Buffalo Cauliflower Bites (Vegan), and Arancini Bites. After mingling and bidding on the silent auction, we will head to the dining tables for dinner. Dinner starts with a fresh Strawberry Salad. Then, each attendee will enjoy an entrée. This year's entrée options are:

Braised Beef Short Ribs, slow cooked with mushroom and red wine braising liquid reduction (GF)

Chicken Piccata, dredged in flour, garlic, lemon, caper, white wine, butter, and herbs

Herb Crusted Polenta with tomato mushroom ragu (Vegan, GF)

Your meal is served with a side of Charred Carrots (Vegan) and Wild Mushroom Risotto, as well as two complimentary bottles of wine at each table (one red, one white). For our vegan guests, the Wild Mushroom Risotto may be substituted out for an alternate side dish.

Following the auction, guests are invited to stay for the Dance Party!
