What are the event details?

The Heart of the Valley Gala is on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at the Snoqualmie Casino and Hotel.  

Do I need to show proof of my ticket?

If you purchased your ticket, we have your information and menu choice already. If you are the guest of someone who purchased the ticket for you, please make sure you have their name ready in case we need to update your name in our system to ensure your ability to bid and enjoy your evening!

What is the format of the evening?

Sponsors and their guests are invited for early check-in at 4:30 p.m. All other guests can check-in at 5:00 p.m.  The reception will include appetizers, silent auction, live auction preview, games of chance and raffles, passed sparkling wine, and a photobooth. Dinner will be served around 7:00 p.m. and includes the live auction & dessert dash.  A dance party will begin after the live program concludes.

What is the dress code?

We see all types of dress for this event, but a good guideline is business casual to cocktail attire.

Where will I park?

If you wish to enter the ballroom venue without passing through the casino, please use the valet parking option at the hotel entrance. But you may opt to park in any of the casino and hotel parking areas either in the outdoor lot or in the parking garage.   

What about the online auction?

We have opted to present all of our silent auction items at the in-person event this year. 

If I win an auction item, how do I get the item?

Please pick up your won items at the conclusion of the event as you depart. If something is left behind by mistake, please contact Helene Wentink, EYN Executive Director at helene@empoweryouthnetwork.org for more information regarding collecting the item.
