Your ticket includes entry to event at Carnation Farms & post-gala dance party, appetizers, dinner, and one free drink ticket redeemable for wine, beer, well drink or soda.

This year's Heart of the Valley Gala will bring us together at 4:30 pm to enjoy the pre-gala Reception.

We will start the evening enjoying a no-host bar with complimentary appetizers including lemongrass-ginger chicken on sugar cane, cheese beignets, and short rib toast. After a bit of mingling, we will head to the hippodrome for dinner. Dinner starts with a fresh House Apple Salad. Then, each attendee will enjoy an entrée. This year's entrée options are Steakhouse Flat Iron (GF), Chicken Roulade (GF), or Butternut Pave (Vegan/Vegetarian/GF).

Your meal is served with 2 complimentary bottles of wine at each table (1 Red, 1 White).

 Following the auction, guests are invited to stay for the Dance Party.
